Background in Industry
In 2021, the idea for Balloons and Baskets Boutique was born out of a personal experience. As I rushed to prepare for my daughter’s drive-by graduation, the balloons I ordered started deflating before I could even make it to the car. This moment of chaos sparked a realization – I wanted to create a business that would alleviate the stress of event preparation for others. With a background in Human Resources and Business Management, including a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and an Associate’s Degree in Business Management, I was equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to venture into entrepreneurship. The courses I undertook not only provided me with the expertise in owning a business but also instilled in me a passion for exceptional customer service.
